Find Tamalogy in iOS or Android settings and review the relevant Camera, Photos, or Nearby Wi-Fi Devices permissions. Uni image import on Android 12 and earlier may need location permissions to connect to Wi-Fi. Android image import uses the system photo picker.
Core data is stored on your device. Deleting the app may also delete data in its local container, so export a backup before switching devices, reinstalling, or clearing your device.
Use the store and account from the original purchase: your Apple account on iOS or your Google Play account in the Google Play version. Try Restore Purchases again while online. Apple and Google Play entitlements do not automatically transfer between stores. If it still fails, email us a screenshot of the error.
Enter the license email from your purchase and the 8-letter key in the direct Android app to activate it. Each license works on one device. Before switching devices, unlink the old one in the app or manage devices in the License Center. License keys are sold only in mainland China and are separate from App Store and Google Play purchases.
Turn on Bluetooth, select Link → App on the Meets, and keep it close to your phone. Allow Bluetooth access and try again; older Android versions may also require Location access. This feature is experimental.
Confirm that your phone is connected to the local network shown in the app and that Local Network access is allowed. Guest networks, proxies, or network isolation may block device-to-device communication; try another network if needed.
Export a complete backup from the old device and confirm that it is safely stored in Files or another location. Then install the app on the new device and import it. Keep the original data until you have verified the import.
