Direct edition and license service data

Photos, journals, family trees and device records stay on your phone. They are not uploaded to the license service or included in server backups. You control imports, exports and system sharing.

The Android direct edition uses a separate license. New app versions activate directly with the license email and key. The server processes email addresses, order identifiers and amounts, license state, installation public keys and random installation IDs, device labels/models/OS versions, last renewal times and security audit records. It never receives device private keys, photos or payment passwords. Email codes support email sign-in, recovery and key resets; older code-based activation remains supported. Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail sends messages; failure and bounce records support retries and suppression of invalid addresses.

Encrypted database backups are stored in private OSS hourly, with verified secondary copies. Automatic expiry deletion is not enabled; backups remain until a controlled cleanup or deletion process is performed. Decryption keys are kept offline. The website uses necessary secure session cookies (30-minute idle timeout, 24-hour maximum), with no advertising or behavioral analytics. License and order records are retained while needed to provide licensing and support; contact tamatrove@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Apple, Google Play and direct licenses are separate. Updates require connectivity and your installation confirmation.
